TranzVolt Starts Where Other Genres End

Have you ever been to a festival, a multigenre festival and been looking for that sweet spot where you can hear the best of all the stages with minimal movement between them? Maybe it just feels impossible, just as being believed when you say you listen to all kinds of music. And here we stand, proudly informing you that we found the musical trio that will take away any doubt people had in what an all inclusive music taste can sound like, Tranzvolt.

The trio from Bielsko Biała, Poland, consists of two brothers from a musical family. One creates EDM using a midi pad, keyboard and mixer.The EDM beats range from trance to techno, from hardcore to mellow psychedelic.

Surely, being well versed in electronic music production you would think there is no need for anyone else to get a party started, but you couldn’t be more wrong. Rather than opting for synthesized, electronic drumparts, the second of two brothers comes into play. The drummer, who is most versed and experienced in working together with rock and metal bands fills the beat up with live kicks, snares and cymbals. Not the steady synthesized drumbeat you often hear, but an explosion of metal drum madness which is playing tags, and hide and seek with the electronic dance music.

No worries, even if it sounds crazy, or even wrong to your ears at this point, there is a pacifier on stage who keeps the pace, and peace, enjoyable. Bringing a bass, played in a jazz, funk with trips to groove. Between simple finger picking, slaps and pulling adds layers to the mix.

Somehow, despite it sounding ridiculous, EDM combined with rock/metal drums and a jazz/funk bassline is enjoyable in so many different ways. Sit back, have something to drink and close your eyes and feel it floating you into a state of relaxation, or get up and have the rhythm take control, loose it a bit and dance the night away.
